A Convocation cum Prize Distribution function of Sri Guru Harkrishan College of Management & Technology was held on 26 September, 2006. The function was presided over by Maharani Parneet Kaur, Member of Parliament, Shri Pawan Kumar Bansal, Hon’ble Minister of State for Finance, Govt. of India was the Chief Guest. The Convocation address was delivered by Reverend Dr. Patrick T. Ferry, President, CUW, who extolled the students to combine knowledge with spirituality in their character so that they are emulated all over the World. He appreciated the potential of the Indian students and hoped that they will do very well in the global competition. Dr. Ferry gave away the degrees to the students. A large number of students received prizes for various activities during the course of their studies in the College.
