MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

This three year course is carried out in SIX semesters with six papers in each of the first five semesters this includes theory as well as laboratory programs. the sixth semester is fully devoted to project work based on practical training in Industrial Organizations/Institutes /Department.

Eligibility Of Candidates
Candidates who have passed the Bachelor's degree(10+2+3) in any discipline from a statutory university with 50% marks in aggregate .In case of Scheduled Castes/Tribes/Physically Handicapped candidates, the percentage shall be 45%.The Candidates must have passed the senior secondary(10+2) or equivalent examination or higher degree examination with Mathematics/Statistics/Business Mathematics/Business Statistics/Quantitative Techniques/or equivalent as a compulsory/optional/additional subject or paper

The result of the candidates must be available by the date of interview.

The candidates should submit their application for Entrance Test-cum-Admission along with the Entrance Test fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 400/- for Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribes/Physically handicapped candidates) through a bank draft in favor of registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala, payable at Patiala. The fee would be non-refundable.

To qualify for admission ,the candidates must secure a minimum of 25% marks in the entrance test.

NRI sponsored and industry sponsored candidates. The candidates must secure a minimum of 20% marks in the entrance test. A separate merit list will be made for these candidates.

For NRI candidates selection will be based on the academic merit of the candidates.

In the case of candidates, securing identical score in the test, the merit will be determined on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In case of tie even at this stage a candidate older in age shall be given candidates.

BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

This course is carried out in three years with six theory and two practical papers in each of the year.

BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

This three year course is carried out in SIX semesters with six theory papers and one practical paper in each of the  semesters.

PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications)

This is one year course.

Eligibility Of Candidates
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

* The college has continuous internal evaluation system. Besides this, there is student's assessment of faculty.
